To cry.

Maybe its age (mid forties), maybe its change, maybe its a realisation, but I cry a lot, at a lot of things - I’m becoming more emotional the more aware I become and lift my head up and look around…..

I cry for those I’ve lost and those I’ve found.

I cry for the moments passed and those to come.

I cry for the failures and the successes.

I cry for the change and for things staying the same.

I cry for the joy and the sadness.

I cry for me and I cry for you.
