I facilitate a number of workshops from digital transformation through to website and app design or innovation days. 

I also have developed two workshops - one focused on ensuring ethics are at the centre of designing engaging customer experiences, the other a sharing a mechanism for delivering straight talking, clear and actionable tasks for marketing, digital or transformation projects from small snippets of customer behaviour.
